R-Tech started in 2009 as one local family's answer to a simple problem: small businesses around Kalamazoo deserved tech help from someone who'd actually show up, explain things honestly, and stick around.

We've barely advertised since. Almost everyone who works with us was sent by someone else who works with us — and we think that's the best review a business can get.
